Shipping
At COBB® Grill Germany, we are pleased to offer efficient and reliable shipping options for our customers. Shipping is available throughout Germany and other select countries within the European Union.
Shipping to Germany:
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery times are between 2-5 working days for most locations within Germany.
- Free Shipping: Orders of €299 or more within Germany will receive free shipping.
- Shipping Fees: Orders under €299 will be subject to a delivery fee, which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
International Shipping (Outside the EU):
- International Orders: COBB® Grill Germany does not ship outside of Germany.
- Remote Locations: For deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations, we reserve the right to contact customers to arrange alternative delivery methods, timelines, or locations, or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible. We may also adjust shipping fees based on the delivery address.
Returns
At COBB® Grill Germany, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a flexible return policy.
Return Process:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your COBB® Grill or accessory has been damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns for Other Reasons: If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Refunds: Once your returned item is received, we will process your refund within 2 weeks. The processing time includes 3-5 business days for us to handle the return, and 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Protection Policy:
- If you are unhappy with the quality of your COBB® Grill or accessory, you may return the item(s) for a full refund (less return shipping costs), provided the item(s) are in new, unused condition and returned within 14 days of receipt.
